OFFICIAL RULES

  • Must be 21 years old or older to enter drawing.
  • Must be a homeowner to enter drawing.
  • Residence address on entry must be the actual address to which home improvements are to be installed.
  • Must reside in one of the following Minnesota counties: Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, or Washington.
  • Employees and relatives of employees of Builders and Remodelers Inc. are ineligible to enter drawing.
  • Home Improvements must be completed within one year of winner notification date, all or any home improvements not completed within one year are forfeited.
  • All material manufactures warranties will be issued to drawing winner.
  • Labor warranty for all installations will be for a period of one year after installation.
  • Entry submissions must include full Name, Address, and Telephone Number to be eligible.
  • You can enter the drawing by any of the following: Fill out an entry card at our exhibitor's booth at the Minneapolis or St. Paul Home Shows that we participate.
  • Visit website at www.buildersandremodelers.com.
  • Fax or mail complete Name, Address, Telephone Number, and E-mail Address to our office.
  • Stop by our office and fill out an entry card.
  • Note: Providing an e-mail address is requested, but not a requirement to enter drawing.
  • The above are the only acceptable methods for entering the $25,000 home improvement give-away. Text messaging and/or other options are not acceptable.
  • Entries are limited to one per household.
  • The actual home improvement products eligible to be won is limited to those products that we have in our current product line. Products have to be in our printed Price Book to be eligible.
  • Entries will be accepted from February 1, 2008 thru March 31, 2009.
  • The drawing will take place on May 1, 2009. The winner will be notified within 72 hours of drawing.
  • The winner will be posted on our website once all the eligibility qualifications have been verified.
  • There will be only one winner for this drawing.
  • You agree to forfeit any court action to settle any disputes that may occur from this drawing.
  • You agree to resolve any dispute thru arbitration.
